Responsibilities

  • As a Companion, you will provide meaningful social engagement, emotional support, and non-medical assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes

  • Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, activities, and social engagement

  • Assist clients with light housekeeping tasks, including tidying, laundry, and organizing

  • Accompany clients on errands, appointments, outings, and social activities

  • Prepare and serve light meals and snacks, respecting dietary preferences

  • Assist with correspondence, reading, and recreational activities

  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's mood or condition to the care team

  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

  • Other duties as assigned
